1 General Terms & Conditions

• Withdrawal Timeframe: Verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Currency: Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) is used as the default currency.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Kv66's bonus system is fully transparent. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are made clear before the bonus is claimed:

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Kv66 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• If a member initiates self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
